Is the engagement going to be heavy on the Company’s pocket?
GFT Advisors has a customer-friendly and flexible model. While a nominal cash component retainer fee may be charged, we believe in giving confidence to the clients through meeting end results and charging a success fee. We are open to incorporate a part of our compensation in stock options, to ease client's cashflow burden.

What if we do not have sufficient and suitable manpower to support?
Through our unique “Management Debt Scorecard”, we will assess the status quo for investment and DD readiness. GFT Advisors will suitably tailor the fund-raising process to provide end-to-end fund-raising services starting from preparation of IM, financial modelling, data room, deal structuring and securing the fund.
